Role Summary

The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and overall people operations across all Group subsidiaries. The role ensures a strong culture, compliance with labour laws, and effective support to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational structure.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management, KPIs, and appraisals.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and engagement.
- Manage training, development, and capacity-building programs.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Promote company culture and employer branding.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager/HRBP
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
- Excellent communication and people sunalives
- Organised, analytical, and professional
- HR degree or certification is an added advantage
