Requirements
•A well-motivated and proactive person
•BSc. degree or Higher Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other Social Science related courses with a minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience.
•Knowledge of statistics experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets and data visualization (Excel, SPSS, SAS, STATA, GIS, Power BI etc.) and database design and management.
•Strong analytical sunalives with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
•Proficient at queries, report writing, and presentation of findings.
The position will be based in Akure with occasional field trip visits to project areas.
•Proficiency in GIS software, GPS equipment, and remote sensing technologies.
•Ability to accurately collect, record, and manage data, and ensure data quality and completeness.
•Ability to communicate technical information and data to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
•Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies and approaches.
•Basic knowledge and sunalives in general agriculture, especially cocoa farm management/agroforestry
•Experience with field data collection and GPS equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
