Today, Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja, has fixed judgment date, for Nnamdi Kanu case.
The set date is, November 20, 2025

What kind of judgement are we expecting from Justice James Omotosho?
The judge will make judgement from what the prosecution presents before the court, since there is no defence against it.
We should not forget.
You can not SUE a judge for any judgement they make.
Even if they make a wrong judgement
They have what we call,
JUDICIAL IMMUNITY

If Nnamdi Kanu is not pleased with the judgement on November 20, 2025
The only option available to him is,
Go to Court of Appeal, to appeal the judgement.
